The Les Envers apartment is located in Le Grand Bornand, on the Route du Chinaillon, just 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes by car from the slopes. This magnificent duplex apartment for 6 people with garden is located in the Everest chalet building. This functional and comfortable apartment is designed in the traditional mountain style. The living room on the ground floor is large and spacious and includes the dining room, living room and kitchen. The living room is comfortable and has a TV with TNT channels and gives access to a large terrace / garden facing south, which runs the entire length of the apartment. This wooden terrace as well as the lawn part is ideal for basking in the sun with a breathtaking view of the village and its bell tower as well as the magnificent Aravis range! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dryer, as well as a large dining table. There are 2 bedrooms in total; one upstairs with 2 single beds (can be pushed together or separated depending on usage) and private shower room, and the other downstairs with a bunk bed and 2 single beds (same, they can be pushed together or left separate depending on usage) - which opens onto the terrace and the garden via a French window. The apartment also has a second bathroom and a separate toilet right next to the bedroom. At the foot of the Everest chalet is the bus stop, which allows you to take either the shuttle that goes down to the village, or the one that goes up the Chinaillon, to the slopes. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...)
