Wellbank is a beautiful village in Angus, Scotland approximately 3 miles north of Dundee. **Kellas Cottage is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.** A stunning two-bedroom, single level cottage in the heart of Wellbank Dundee with dedicated parking space. Newly refurbished & freshly decorated with stylish modern furniture it is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a fantastic rural getaway just a 15 minute drive from Dundee city centre. The space The accommodation is suitable for long or short stays and comprises of a double room and a king room, lounge/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and large back garden with seating. There is also a very comfortable double sofa bed sleeping two people in the living room and a log stove burner to keep you cosy! Guest access We operate a self check-in process so guests can arrive at any time of day or night provided it is after 3 pm. Earlier check-in and later check-out is available free of charge but subject to availability. Please ask with as much notice as you can. No Parties. 1 small well behaved dog permitted. £150 smoking fine. £50 late check-out fine.
