It is ideal for hiking or skiing vacations. The newly renovated apartment, equipped with underfloor heating, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, thus offering space for a maximum of 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and a tiled stove. Outside, you can enjoy your morning coffee on one of the 2 private, open and covered terraces, surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama. The shared sauna is ideal for a relaxing end to an eventful day on the ski slopes or hiking trails. A supermarket is located 6 km from the accommodation (3.5 km). The Plattenalm restaurant is only 190 m away and can be easily reached on foot in 3 minutes. A ski lift can also be reached in a 3-minute walk. Hochkrimml cable cars can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Only 12 km away from the apartment are the charming Krimml Waterfalls (16 minutes by car). Likewise, there are numerous other leisure activities nearby such as a high ropes course, flying fox, adventure hiking trails, a forest playground, the Zell am See amusement park or the Hohe Tauern National Park.
