The well-furnished holiday apartment “Haus Kempkens” is situated in the lakeside town of Wasserburg, near Lindau, only a short walk from the beautiful shores of Lake Constance. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. The private outdoor area boasts a sunny balcony with deck chairs, where you can start the day with coffee or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. You can reach a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery and the train station after a 21-minute walk or 1.7 km. Cafés and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, and the closest beach is also only 350 m or a 4-minute walk from the property, where you can enjoy refreshing swims and the scenic views of the lake and the Alps. The nearest ferry terminal is an 18-minute walk (1.5 km) away, from where you can board ships to cross the lake to Lindau, which can also be reached after a 14-minute drive (6.5 km). The charming old town centre on an island invites you to stroll about the narrow streets and explore the centuries-old architecture. In winter, you can also drive to a popular skiing area in 21 minutes (15 km), located near the Austrian town of Bregenz, famous for its many cultural offerings and wonderful shores. The hilly area around Lake Constance also offers many hiking and cycling routes through woods and natural reserves, as well as around the lake. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax to be paid is 2,7€ per person per night between April 14 and October 16 and 1,6€ per person per night between October 17 and April 13. It is paid on site to the home owner.
