Located in a quiet residential building, this is perfect for guests looking to explore Liverpool. Please note the keys are collected from a location 5 minutes from the apartment. The Space: This modern, central apartment is ideal for families or smaller groups looking to explore the city. Located in a quiet residential building, you have the benefit of a great location in the city and quiet neighbours. Sleeping six over two bedrooms, each with double bed and the open plan lounge-diner boasting double sofa bed also. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart TV, and private balcony. Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order. This property does not currently have a dishwasher or washing machine as we are awaiting new units, please keep this in mind if inquiring for a longer stay. Guest Access: You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home! The Neighborhood: The apartment is just a 12-minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Lime Street Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre, and St George's Hall. Getting Around: Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station are just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3. There is one secure car parking space available at the property Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: We are happy to be as involved or uninvolved as guests would like. We appreciate privacy is one of the most important aspects of sleeping somewhere you do not call home and we respect this entirely. However, that is not to say that we are against a friendly chat.
