Waves at Mollymook is in an amazing location for families with Mollymook beach only minute’s walk, or minute’s drive from the boogy hole or try your hand at one of the surf schools in town to either brush up your skills or start as a beginner and try the fabulous new park located at south end Mollymook. 5 minutes up the road you have Funland Ulladulla, Ulladulla arcadia twin cinema and 10 pin bowling at the Dunn and Lewis centre Ulladulla. And of course complementary Wi-Fi is supplied for that wind down time. Golfers paradise – It doesn’t matter if you are a pro or a beginner this property is located near both beautiful course’s Mollymook beach side golf club has a great 9 hole course club house and restaurant and for the avid golfer you are minute’s drive from prestigious Hilltop Golf course that ranks in the top 100 courses in Australia. Please note this property does  NOT  permit pets. Bella Coastal Property   has a strict  NO PARTY POLICY.  All guests must be  OVER  the age of  21  when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is  NOT  supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting Karen from Aroma Linen Hire on  0401 284 046.  Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items.
