This charming villa offers the perfect place for a 24 person holiday with stunning mountain views and only 30 km from the beach! With eight bedrooms and 300 square meters of living space, this villa can comfortably accommodate 24 people. You can enjoy the views of the green forests of Vilamajor while relaxing on the sun loungers next to your private pool. On the first floor you will find a bright and spacious kitchen fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven / hob, toaster, kettle and dishwasher where you and your family can enjoy cooking authentic meals or have one of our experienced chefs tantalize your taste buds with traditional Spanish cuisine. The ground floor also has two bedrooms. The 8 rooms have the following beds. First floor: (1) 3 single beds, (2) a double bed, a single bed, (3) four single beds, (4) one double, (5) a double bed, one single bed, (6) 3 single beds. Ground floor: (7) 3 single beds (8) a double bed, a single bed. One additional bed can be added on request for a total of 24 guests. In the underground floor there is a games room with a pool table, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Barcelona is only 40 minutes drive where you can enjoy all the attractions of the city has to offer, from its magnificent architecture of Gaudi and exquisite tapas bars to enough shops to fulfill the dreams of all fashion lovers! Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) We have allocated a minimum of 24 hours between check-outs and new check-ins. 4) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there is no face to face arrival contact. Keys are disinfected after every stay. 5) All of our towels and linens are professionally supplied and Covid-19 cleaned by Elis (elis.com), an international textile, hygiene and facilities service with activities in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America. 6) All beds and pillows have protective covers. 7) All of our maintenance and cleaning staff are required to wear masks when entering the property for any reason. 8) Cushions, decorative and throw blankets have been boxed in all properties until further notice. 9) We provide hand disinfectant for each property.
