The holiday house PHILIPPOS has 3 apartments and is situated idyllic and secluded in the midst of a pine tree grove, very close to the almost private, fine sandy beach. It is a large nature property with olive and orange trees in a slight hillside situation above the bay of Fteroti. Terrace and garden of the house offer a wonderful view of the sea and the small islands Amouliani and Diaporos. The apartment on the first floor is used as a holiday home by the English speaking owner family. On the ground floor are 2 apartments with separate entries on the side. Functionally and friendly furnished apartment, renovated in 2010, with direct access from the living room to terrace and garden. About 10 m from the house there is a large, roofed terrace of 30 sqm with a BBQ for the shared use of the guests in both apartments. This is the ideal accommodation for families with children who prefer a secluded location close to the sea. The fine sandy beach can easily be reached by foot. The beach is gently sloping in to the sea therefore access to the sea is easy. 2 sunbeds are available at the beach.
