Located on the first floor, the holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside, you will find a covered terrace with a small dining table where you have a fantastic view of the sea and harbor. A selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes are about a 10-minute walk or 600 m from the apartment. Furthermore, the fine, sandy beach Spiaggia di Portisco awaits you about a 7-minute walk or 450 m away and the famous beach Spiaggia di Rena Bianca is just 2 km from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is an extra fee of €30 for bed linen and towels (this included bed linen, a bidet towel, a face towel, a shower towel and a bath mat).
