Perfect for rejuvenation or entertaining or a little of both. The home has three bedrooms, with the 3rd doubling as a study. The main bedroom has its own ensuite with sheltered views of the garden and range. The 2nd and 3rd rooms look onto the gardens. Under a cathedral ceiling the living is open plan. Lounge, dining and chef's kitchen open onto two large west facing decks ensuring plenty of winter sun. In summer the decks are shaded by old growth trees. The covered first deck is perfect for watching the sunset and alfresco dining. The second is for soaking up the sun with the salt-water plunge pool steps away. On a clear night it is the perfect place for stargazing. On a chilly night, around the large indoor fireplace is the place to be. A new edition is the east deck, perfect for watching the sun rise and a more intimate mode. The two and half acre property is surrounded by trees and lush gardens and enjoys a very private feel. Only mins away from Mullumbimby township and the beaches at Brunswick Heads or 20 scenic mins into Byron Bay on the Myocum Road. Mullumbimby is a thriving small town with wonderful cafes and restaurants and produce markets every Friday. It is known for its array of vintage and collectible stores. The surrounding areas has many pristine beaches, national parks, waterfalls and great walks. A small and friendly community with all that you need for a great time away. We are ten minutes from the BluesFest/Boomerang Festival site and twenty minutes from the new Splendour in the Grass Festival site. Transport from airports can be arranged privately if required.
