The famous natural pools of Agaete are in a short walking distance, and so is the harbor with its restaurant and its black-stone-beach. The house offers all the comforts for a relaxing and pleasant stay.The villa is built in a duplex style and has two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a balcony with views. Two bathrooms, one at each level, are available. The outside area consists of a big, semi roofed terrace, allowing to enjoy the terrace as well during the sunniest hours of the day in the shade. It is nearly perfect for barbecue evenings. Dishwasher and other facilities are at disposal. As of November 13, 2020, all national or foreign tourists over 6 years of age must have a PCR or negative antigen test done 72 hours before arrival. They can send it by email before arriving. If the visitor is a Canarian resident or not yet has arrived in the Canary Islands prior to November 13 and has stayed more than 15 days in the Canary Islands and wants to access a property as of November 13, they must sign a responsible declaration provided by the accommodation and justify it with corresponding documentation. In this case it does not require the presentation of a test.
