'B our Guest' is a modern, two-storey air conditioned townhouse in front of the Encounter Bay beach where you can swim, walk and relax- or enjoy a flexcation! It has spectacular local sea views (of Granite Island, the Causeway, and Rosetta Head) and access to excellent walking or bike riding paths that take you from Victor Harbor to Goolwa, along with Encounter Bay or Inman Valley. It is 500metres from the Horse Drawn Train and the cockle train rides. You can travel past fantastic beaches and parks or stop for picnics or BBQs. The proximity to shopping and eating areas make this a great place to stay. The bakery and supermarket is a 2 minutes walk! An outside table and chairs are provided for the balcony that overlooks the bike/walk path and the beach. From the lounge or balcony, you can see a friend wave to you from the magnificent rocks on Granite Island and enjoy watching people walk along the beach walkway. An atrium provides light,(it’s an outdoor ambience ) to both levels. We want you to enjoy your stay so we have provided FREE fast WIFI and a SMART TV. We provide quality furniture and facilities. Our 2, 4 or 6 guest policy. WE HAVE PRICED A STAY FOR 4 on this website (adults and/or children) however the property accommodates 6. In the past, there have been many more groups of two or four rather than 6 and so this offers a cheaper rate option. We ask that you use only the bedrooms that you need. A minimum booking is for 2 nights, check in 2pm, check out on the final day by 10am. Please ask if you want a late checkout eg on a weekend you could leave at 4 pm for an additional $80 by prior arrangement We will provide details of where to pick up the keys at Victor Harbor and the locked box number once we receive your booking payment. Reverse cycle ducted air conditioner flows into bedrooms and living area for warmth/cooling as required. TV and sound system are available, Wifi, a range of boxed games, a Nespresso pod coffee machine. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and dining facilities. Upstairs there is a queen bed, side tables and wardrobes, a bathroom, There is a TV with comfortable leather recliner chairs and lounge. We provide towels, doonas, blankets, mattress and pillow protectors, pillows and linen for your comfortable beds. Of the 3 bedrooms, two have queen beds and one two king single beds. There is a bathroom upstairs and down stairs, both with shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry facilities that include a washer and dryer. There is a communal line to the rear of the apartment or use our atrium. We provide cleaning equipment in case you need to tidy up during your stay. A complete clean is completed prior to your stay. Please bring your own sanitiser and soaps. We clean and sanitize within current safe practices, and allow some time between bookings. All rubbish can be put in the bins provided in the service area at the rear of the property. The apartment has a single garage and there is ample off-street parking and some on-premises parking also available. There is a small grass area in front of the apartment and the driveway at the rear are shared by other apartment owners and guests. These are 'do not play spaces' for safety. Immediately across from the apartment is a grassed area with a picnic table and the beach is alongside. 100metres along the bike track is a playground. In the townhouse, we have written instructions including our COVID sign in code, to assist you, and have a collection of brochures for sightseeing and dining, for your convenience.
