The 42m² vacation apartment "Lovely House on Lake Lugano" is located in Valsolda, a small town near Lake Lugano in Italy's scenic northern Lombardy province of Como. The apartment is in typical Lombardy style with a mezzanine floor and terracotta floors with a window that overlooks the street from where the apartment is accessed. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The apartment also features a television and a DVD player. Children are allowed. Living room: 1 sofa bed for 1 person, 1 sofa bed for 2 people Bedroom 1: 2 single beds Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain view from the apartment. The apartment is centrally located just 10 minutes (5.6 km) by car from Lugano and Lake Como where there is a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, and shopping venues. A convenient mini market is just 10 meters away from the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet village near the lake where a path begins that leads to several mountain trails. The lake is accessible in 20 minutes by foot along these mountain paths. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk to natural river pools in a very tranquil area. Guests can also experience the natural beauty of the region in the Sentiero Delle Quattro Valli-Dasio hiking area just a 3 minute (1.5 km) drive from the apartment. The Vasolda area currently has 16 cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and lake landscape. Lugano-Agno Airport is a 35 minute (20 km) drive from the apartment. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. The downtown is not accessible by car since the streets are too narrow. A luggage cart is available to guests taking advantage of the free parking in several areas about 80 meters away from the apartment. -
