This magnificent house welcomes you in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, on the wine route (between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr), in the wine village of Hunawihr. Built in 2019, this 61m² accommodation has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee maker) opening onto a terrace (a Weber electric barbecue at your disposal) with private Jacuzzi overlooking the vines of Hunawihr. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom, with a double bed (very comfortable bedding). A shower room with wc completes the accommodation. Bathrobe and towels at your disposal. Very good location in Hunawihr in a quiet area with departure on foot through the vineyards to visit Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr and Zellenberg. A bike room and a common laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are available next to the house. Free parking spaces are available on site.Two electric car charging stations are available free of charge. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon prior request. This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of € 250 additional cleaning costs. Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30 € per stay per animal. Bed and bathroom linen, as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the cleaning costs. This includes a change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities, and the barbecue. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 50 €. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of € 100 cleaning costs will be charged.
