This is only one of a handful of houses that are in the centre. It's remarkable not only because of its unique location, but its large, high end, design-led interior and free parking. You will be just a short walk away from hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars, sporting venues and Cardiff Bay. Cardiff is a wonderfully diverse city and guests from all backgrounds will get a warm welcome. You will have plenty of space to easily accommodate 6 people with 3 large bedrooms. 2 with en suite and 1 with the main bathroom. Plus a downstairs toilet. The communal areas are fabulous for socialising with a fully equipped kitchen and multiple tv's for those who want their own space. A desk and office chair are provided with a garden view. High-end memory foam mattresses are provided. 1 firm kingsize and 2 medium kingsize. Fast free Wi-Fi is offered along with an Alexa voice controlled device with access to Amazon prime music and the ability to control lighting. The TV snug has a BTTV box allowing you to sign into Netflix or Amazon Prime video, BBC, All 4 etc with your own log in details. The main living room also has a smart TV. Bedroom 3 also has a smart TV, bedroom 2 has a regular TV. The garden has large furniture for socialising, automatic lighting and a cold water shower for those who are brave enough! Free on-street permit parking is available for one car. Premium bedding and towels provided. The Neighborhood: You will be located right next to Cardiff central train station and just a 15 min walk to the Principality stadium. Being in the heart of a capital city you will have easy access within walking distance to major and independent shops, bars and restaurants. We have lots of Victorian and modern shopping arcades to suit everyone’s shopping taste. Cardiff Castle and Bute Park are a great local attraction, as is Cardiff Bay. Not to mention the close proximity of venues such as St David's Centre and Motorpoint Arena. Getting Around: Easy access to all bus and rail services. Enterprise car rental at the end of the road. Uber and Ola taxi services available in addition to local companies. 6 miles from M4 motorway. 12 miles from Cardiff Airport (T9 airport bus stop is 2 mins walk away). 2 hours from Paddington tube station. For something different try the water taxi from Cardiff Castle to Cardiff Bay. Other Things to Note: To protect our neighbours and avoid any anti social behaviour the property has multiple noise monitoring devices (Minut device). These devices let us know of the decibel levels in the property, your privacy is guaranteed as they do not record. We want you to have fun during your stay and we fully understand that 6 people in a room can get loud, you are only human. With that in mind we have a very reasonable threshold of 75 decibels. If you go over this level for a sustained period of time (10 minutes or more) we will message you to let you know. Please don’t take offence to this, this is purely to let you know you are too loud and it gives you the opportunity to reduce the noise level. If the noise level is not reduced and we don’t get a response to the message particularly after 11pm this is likely to result in a visit to the property. If when we attend and it is evident that there are extra guests and/or a party is in progress your stay will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave. If you refuse to leave this may result in the police being called to help. There may also be a charge to cover this. If the Minut devices are tampered with or removed they will alert us and this will result in a visit to the property. If you are a group of 6 or less people looking for a fun stay then we whole heartedly welcome you and we understand that you may get a bit loud at times. If however you are looking for a place to party all night and invite extra guests then this is not the place for you.
