The location of apartment is also ideal being situated on Hope Street's doorstep which is home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants such as The Florist and London Carriageworks. **Important Note: No stag or hens - we have full CCTV and noise monitoring** A parking permit is required at the property and it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to make sure this is displayed. Please make sure the parking permit is displayed when using the parking space. The Space: This massive 3 bed apartment comfortably accommodates 10 guests in style. There is a modern kitchenette in bedroom 1 for guests who would like some extra privacy. Bedroom 3 has a large double sofa bed as well as comfy double bed! The living area is super spacious and boasts a double sofa bed and open plan kitchen which is fully fitted and has all the modern appliances required to whip up some delicious meals! Guest Access: The guests have the whole apartment to themselves. The building houses three apartments, there are communal hallways and a shared main door from the street. The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. We are located on a quiet residential street and as such do not accept any parties, hen dos or stag dos whatsoever, regardless of age. The building is fully equipped with CCTV and noise monitors and any breaches of these rules will result in eviction without refund. We have plenty of other suitable properties - please just ask us. Getting Around: The city centre is less than a 10 minute walk away through the stunning architecture of the Georgian Quarter and past the famous Anglican Cathedral. Additionally the nearest 24 hour car park is located at 3 minutes walk away: Horizon Parking Ltd Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hope Street Liverpool L1 9BP Other Things to Note: ***Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector*** *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
