A truly romantic 1 bedroom property with private terrace, shower room and kitchen/diner/living room set within a 400 year old finca overlooking an orange grove in the beautiful mountain village of Fornalutx. Characterful with air con and tv. This is a beautiful accommodation on one level with king size bed in bedroom and original features such as old doors and original trough. It is cool in the summer but has the added benefit of aircon. It has oil central heating for the cooler months. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and also a dining table and bbq on the patio.The property is not suitable for guests over 1.85m in height as there is a low ceiling in the bedroom. Guests access the property via a large communal entrada with original stone floor and tall ceiling to the private property entrance. Guests are welcome to use the communal entrada for additional relaxing space and to make use of the library within. As we live in the same building and use the communal entrada we are more than happy to provide whatever information and recommendation guests might need such as walking paths, places of interest and restaurant recommendations. This is a quiet area within the village yet is only a 2 minute walk to the cafe bars and restaurants. It has great views over the torrent and up to the mountains and is close to various mountain walking paths. There is public transport to and from the village but car hire is recommended and parking is convenient to the property. An ideal property for exploring this " hidden Mallorca!"
