Weekly cleaning is included for all rentals on Thursday or Friday (except for rentals 7 days or less). This fully-equipped modern Villa (2019) is situated in a residential neighborhood surrounded by forest / hills - from which there are great hikes, with views on the the mountains and the Riviera coast. Guest access Private villa with automated gate, full fencing and several out-door security cameras. Parking on site includes parking for 6 cars, including 2 covered parking with EV charging. Access to the villa though secure gates. Roquefort les pins is a charming village in the hills and forest, with easy access to the main coastal highway (10m). Other things to note: There is a network of indoor and outdoor wifi hubs, to connect to the internet. From November to end March, the 15m pool can be heated at a surcharge of Euro 200 + 50 per day.
