This completely new renovated, furnished and equipped apartment is situated in a quiet side street in the Nonnenstraße district, a absolute top adresse in Leipzig. You will stay in between the bustling lifelines of the trendy West and South-West, the Karl-Heine-Straße and the Könneritzstraße (the so called Kö!) with their wide range of diverse cultural (Lofft, Theater der Jungen Welt, Muko, Schaubühne, Westwerk, Spinnerei, Schauburg, Cineding) and culinary places, their trendy shops and markets and their special nightlife. At the same time you will finde in a two minutes walk distance the Clara-Zetkin-Park, witch lines together with the riverside forests of the Weiße Elster and the Elster/Pleiße as a huge greenbelt thru the city from the Auensee in the North-West to the Cospudener See and the Leipziger Neuseenland in the South. It invites to walks, hikes, runs and bicycling tours and offers peace and relaxation as well as play and sport possibilities. Some boat hire and boat tour companies provide access to the scenic waterways of Leipzig, from where you can explore the city from a completely new viewing angle. The famous city centre with the Thomaskirche (Bach), the Nikolaikirche, the Gewandhaus, the Alma Mater (university), the Auerbachs Keller and the historic shopping arcades you will reach in 15 minutes by foot or with a nearby in the Könneritzstraße availabel rental bike (Next-Bike) in 5 minutes. The RB-Arena, the stadium of Bundesliga club RB Leipzig, and the Arena Leipzig, the biggest concert and indoor sports hall are 20 to 25 minutes walk distance or 10 minutes by tram away. To the tram station Holbeinstraße (Line 1 and 2) in the Könneritzstraße you need two minutes and to the tram station Nonnenstraße (Line 32) three minutes by foot. At the tram station Holbeinstraße you will find rental bicycles, too. Parking is free in the residential streets around the house. It is not easy to find a parking lot but till about 5 p.m. it should be possible. If you wish you can also rent our private parking lot next door for 12 € per day. The apartment has WiFi and a 400 Mbit/s internet connection. About the equipment of it there will be also no wishes left. In the sleeping room you find a 180 cm wide Kingsize bed, a 43" flat-tv with HbbTV (media library) and YouTube connection, a big wardrobe and a large commode and on request a baby bed. In the separate living room (no connecting room) there is a large sofa, witch you can convert with on hand to a comfortable 160 cm wide Queensize bed, a dining table for four adults, a 55" flat-tv with HbbTV (media library) and YouTube connection, a writing desk and a big commode. From the living room you can step on a spacy balcony where four adults can comfortably sit on the balcony table having their breakfast. The kitchen provides a fridge, a oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster and a water cooker as well as all the dishes and cookware you need. The small but stylish bathroom invites you with its walk-in-shower to feel good. In the corridor there is a wardrobe as well as cupboard with cleaning devices (vacuum cleaner, floor wiper, bucket, broom and sweepings shovel) in case you need it. The final cleaning is done by us. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, emergency toothbrush sets and a laundry rack is provided as well as coffee, tea, cocoa, salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, dish soap, dish brush, sponge, dishtowels, dishwasher taps and washing machine taps are provided for the first days.
