Downstairs you have your front door entrance, single garage that is accessible for guests to use. Bedroom with a bed, office space with a hanger for clothes above. And you're able to walk out onto the front of the property from this 2nd bedroom! You will then find the main bathroom with a free standing bath that you soak back into and relax. 3rd Bedroom 2 x king single beds, built-in wardrobe and a shared access ensuite (yep! another bathroom!). Access to the outside of the house as well. Indoor laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 4th bedroom again, with a oversized double bed and shared ensuite access with bedroom #3. However, this bedroom is semi-open and lead onto the outdoor patio (don't worry though, there is a glass door!).
