Mini Villa in Pereybere 30m to sea

A small villa situated in the background on the coastal road of Pereybere. Close to public transport and the village of Pereybere (800m). You will only have to cross the road to go to sea. The Minivilla is calm with a beautiful wooden terrace. The garden is pleasant with its vault in coconut trees. I'm right in front to help you if you need information. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (king size) and the other with two twin beds. There is seating inside and sitting on the deck on the outside. There is a bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. We have a daily cleaning service except Sunday and day. The kitchen has a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator and two gas burners. We have free parking spaces in the gardens. There is an automatic gate with a digital code at the entrance. A pereybere (800m) is a supermarket, a pharmacy, doctors, their cars and scooters, fruit merchant and vegetables, restaurants and bars.
