Mountain Lodge Sawmill Settlement

Minimum stay: 2 nights Check in 3pm Check out 10am Situated in the tranquil Sawmill Settlement, only 3 km from the Mt Buller Resort Entry Gates, this accommodation is nestled in a quiet court, with the High Country on it's doorstep. Close to Mt Buller to enjoy day trips to the snowfields and only 1/2 an hour from Mansfield to enjoy what the township offers. Lake Eildon is also only 1/2 hr drive away for water sports. Enjoy motor bike or mountain bike riding in the high country or simply relax and enjoy the fishing across the road in the Delatite River. There are walking trails close by and a less challenging walk to a local waterfall. Or drive to the top of Mt Buller for some more challenging walking or riding trails. This single level, 4 bedroom home is set up to accommodate more than one family at a time. The house has split system heating/cooling, Coonara heating, separate purpose-built drying room, bbq facilities, carport and plenty of parking space. Television is satellite TV or there is a library of DVD's available for your use. If TV doesn't interest you, perhaps an evening of board games does. The benefit of being in a court means you can enjoy a game of street cricket! There is currently only one bathroom but the configuration works well with the bathroom sink, shower and toilet each enclosed in their own area within the one room. No pets during Winter season (June- October 2nd) as they would need to be locked inside the house, unattended while their family is at Mt Buller during the day. Happy to discuss individual needs. Linen and towels are supplied. Hand sanitizer is provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Due to Covid 19, all surfaces, including high-touch surfaces (eg door handles, remote controls etc) are sanitized as part of the cleaning process and carpets and couches are sprayed with disinfectant.
