Finished with art deco furnishings, this studio is both stylish and elegant. The studio is the perfect base for exploring Southsea, with a comfortable double bed, easy chair and TV. This room comes complete with wardrobe, dressing table, and a small table for dining or working. With so much on your doorstep, this studio is in a prime location for discovering vibrant Southsea! With bars, restaurants, shops and hairdressers all within a stone’s throw, there is so much to discover. There is also an amazing coffee and cake shop called The Garage Lounge just opposite - which we highly recommend. You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront, Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard or Portsmouth city centre. Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads. Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space. A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am. All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100. There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than 5 min walk way.
