Luxury villa with a fenced pool, peaceful location, close to the new RMI airport in Corvera and quiet sandy beaches. Sleeps 6 + baby (3 bedrooms) This luxury 3 bedroom villa is situated on a fabulous golf resort, designed by Jack Niklaus/Dave Thomas, with fair rates for guests. It is an ideal family location for a great, quiet and child safe holiday. On the resort is a social centre, including a big pool, a restaurant and a tennis court. Also the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel has bars and restaurants. On the resort is also a SPAR supermarket and padel courts. Just outside the resort you find different restaurants and bars, on walking distance. The area is traditional Spanish, with many places of interests. The safe sandy beaches of the Mar Menor are just 5 minutes away by car. The shallow warm sea is ideal for young children. The Mar Menor is the largest open-air Spa in Europe, renowned for its water sports and healing properties. At nearby Lo Pagan you can watch the locals take a mud bath or better try it your self. With something for all the family/friends we can guarantee you never be short of things to do. The villa is luxury equipped. Aircon in summer, central heating in wintertime. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, aircon, and mosquito blinds. We do have a baby travelcot and a highchair. The main bedroom has a en-suite bathroom. You can use the hairdryer. All bathrooms are marble tiled. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, etc. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, orange press, coffee machine (Senseo), cold-water dispenser, mixer. Our utility room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and storage. Our living room has just been redesigned. A lovely sofa with a lounge chair, new cupboard, big TV with a Chromecast. So you can stream your TV-channels from home. Extendable dining table and chairs. A lot of games to play. We have a large sun terrace at the first floor. Outside is a big private pool, can be fenced, hot water shower, electric grill plate, and an open fire. Dining table with 6 chairs, a big umbrella/parasol and two sunbeds. Small drinking table and more chairs. The outside is all marble tiled. A big space to relax, dine and play (pool and beach toys available) Coast/beach The Costa Calida has a lot to offer. The Mar Menor with its safe sandy, blue flag rated beaches is just 5 minutes by car. It is a ideal beach for children and the water is warm, even in wintertime you can have a swim. The Mediterranean is not far away for those who want high waves. There are lifeguards in most popular beach areas, and every night they clean the beaches. Famous for windsurfing, kitesurfing and diving. Golf The villa is situated on a fabulous 18 hole golf course. There are also many other golf courses in the area, including La Manga Club, Villamartin, Campoamar, Mosa Trajectum, Roda and Serena Golf. You can also go the Golf course in Torre Pacheco, 9 holes, for a very cheap rate. Skiing In wintertime you can drive up to the beautiful Sierra Nevada, 2 hours away, for a daytrip skiing. Travel The nearest airport is Corvera which is a 20 minute drive. Alicante airport is a 60 minutes drive. We would recommend that you hire a car to explore this traditional Spanish area. Transfer to and from the airport can be arranged. Distances Los Alcazares is about 5 minutes, offers traditional, coastal Spanish lifestyle with good restaurants, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets. Torre Pacheco is also a 5 minute drive and has shops, supermarkets, restaurants, a brewery to visit and bars.
