Let us provide the key that unlocks Dubai for you!! The space The place is a spacious 2 Bedroom apartment, with open-kitchen floor plan and 2 expansive outdoor balconies. The master bedroom includes a full en-suite Bathroom, king-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling closets with ample storage space. The second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed The large common living space features a fold-out double sofa with full bed linens and a comfy add-on pillow-top, which makes the sofa nearly as comfy as the king-sized beds in the bedrooms. The 2 outdoor balconies have incredible views of the Dubai Marina and the Oceanfront at JBR. The apartment is extremely clean, with plenty of fresh linens, hairdryer, body-wash / loofah, iron/ironing board, etc. We'll also ensure that milk, cereal, fresh fruits, tea & coffee are provided, because an awesome day starts with an wholesome breakfast, right?!! Pls note, this is meant so that there's something in the house when you arrive; however, it will not be replenished and will be sufficient for 1 to 2 days of breakfast. A note to parents - particularly moms. We're happy to fit the apartment with whatever you need for your little one(s). From pack-and-plays/cribs to high-chairs and strollers - don't fret, we got you covered. Just give us a heads-up ahead of time. A note to business travelers. Everything you need to bang-out a few hours of work is fully accessible - from a dedicated work space, to high-speed internet. Need an intro to Dubai's start-up community, we got you. Guest access Bay Central Tower is a full-service building with a fully-fitted gym, 24-hour security, 1 free parking space and an absolutely stunning outdoor pool. The gym has everything you need to get a mix of cardio, yoga/pilates and/or weights. The Pool is temperature controlled, meaning you can enjoy it in the mercury-popping 50C summer heat or in the chilly-ish months of January and February. Interaction with guests Upon arrival, you can inform the 24 hour concierge that your staying at my apartment. They will give you access to the elevators up to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with an electronic keypay (no key required). Prior to your trip, I will share the access code so you can check in any time of day or night. Each guest has their own preferences regarding the "host/guest" interaction. We're happy to share an hour-long coffee to discuss our favorite hidden Dubai gems, or we can make it 2 min exchange. We'll follow your lead!!! Also, we'll be available 24/7 via your messenger app of choice, should you have any questions or issues in the apartment... or are struggling to find something fun to do for the afternoon.
