The apartment is located near Balai Gethsemane and Dapian Resort. It is a quiet residential area. It has one bedroom, but can easily accommodate 4 guests. There is a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a fine patio at the front. The total size is 36 square meters. The apartment was build according to the new, more strict, rules and regulations, that became required on January 1st, 2019. Specially for fire safety issues. Recently we installed TV-Plus, and Internet / WiFi.
