Authentic family home with garden+rooftop terrace

Casa3dici, "Tredici", is an authentic 100-year-old Italian house among Italians in a car-free neighborhood, not directly on the lake but about 100m above Lake Como against the mountainside. Located on the Strada Regia hiking trail and ideal for families with children. The spacious house has a spacious roof terrace with seating and umbrella and a large private garden, separated from the house by a path and a few meters from the house, with gazebo and dining facilities for 8 people, both overlooking the lake. The house is wonderfully cool and comfortable in the summer. The pebble beach on the lake can be reached via a public 200-step staircase. From the beach our guests can make trips on the lake with the 2 kayaks. Visit Lezzeno, Bellagio, the beautiful villas and gardens around the lake or the chic shops and market in Como. Milan can be reached within an hour by car or train. You can walk or cycle beautifully in the area. There are 2 bicycles with helmets available for our guests. Of course also delicious food in the garden with the large bbq or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the area, some within walking distance of Casa3dici.
