Montignac is best known for its proximity to the famous Grottes de Lascaux, a pre-historic site with beautifully preserved paintings from the Palaeolithic age. The town sits on the banks of the Vézère River and its historic centre boasts picturesque narrow streets. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6! Our split-level holiday house has 2 BEDROOMS with 2 Single beds in a bedroom and 1 Double bed in the other bedroom. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area which can accommodate additional guests. Get ready in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities, available for €4/wash and €2/dry. After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV (which may only offer French channels). Reconnect with loved ones back home using the Wi-Fi, available for €4.90/day. In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a set of hotplates, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Bastides de Lascaux, where our property is conveniently located. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you're travelling by car, spend your days visiting sacred religious sites like the Saint-Leon-sur-Vezere church, just a 15-minute drive away. Active travellers will love kayaking or canoeing on the river. This residence is ideal for an active independent traveller, a family, or anyone interested in history.
