Cozy holiday home with a great location on a height and with a beach. The pier here can be used both for swimming and on- and of going on boat. Here is also a table with benches. It is possible to rent boat in the boat dock at Tomb, only a five minutes drive from the holiday home. The holiday home has an open terrace with lovely sea view. From the holiday home it is a short distance to Fredrikstand and the charming old town. It is not far to the waterpark in Sarpsborg or to the golf court if you would like a more active holiday. Oslo and the swedish boarder is nice destinations if you would like a little daytrip. The holiday home 10 meters away is sometimes used by the house owner. It is possible to rent a cot. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of NOK 150.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
