The house is part of the private accommodation leased for tourism purposes, is a two-storey villa with private garden, is located in the center of the village of Monte Compatri, close to the shops and the town promenade. The structure is as follows: on the first floor: a small living room with table, sofa and TV, kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub and washing machine; to access the upper floor from the inside we have a small spiral staircase, or outside a larger staircase for climbing with luggage and also serves as an emergency exit. Here we have an attic room with a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. Outside a private garden with wooden gazebo, garden table and brick barbecue.
