It is a year round rental and double glazing and central heating make it a cosy retreat after a wild cliff top walk. A family bathroom next to the Twin room has a shower and bath to relax and the Double has a generous ensuite with a big waterfall walk in shower. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. There is parking for 2 large cars or 3 small right outside and no passing traffic making it a family friendly location and the back garden is fully enclosed to keep little ones from exploring unexpectedly. If you like to get active the garage can store your equipment; surfboards, Kayaks, climbing gear etc, for all the activity Croyde can throw at you, and there is a garden hose to wash it all down. A well appointed kitchen will keep enthusiastic cooks happy and the new open plan lay out makes cooking a sociable enjoyable part of your day and you can keep an eye on the children too.
