Contains Queen Bed, fold out Double Sofa Bed + Spring Mattress upon request. Use of shared pool & front patio area with BBQ. 2mins to the M1; 11-15mins to most major Theme Parks, 15mins to Beaches, Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise, 8mins to Metricon Stadium, Carrara; 18mins to Coomera Indoor Sports Centre by car. Ideal a couple/friends/business/families with kids 12+yo The space The guest accommodation has a separate bedroom with Queen Bed; plus, a three-seater sofa bed (Double Bed inside the pull out sofa) in its own living area and own clothesline courtyard, this Guest Accommodation is ideal for up to four guests, including couples, families and stays for business trips, for example. Also, upon request, we could provide a single Spring mattress if required. The appliances included are as follows: wall oven with grill, microwave, portable electric hot plate, portable electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery plus cooking needs for basic meals, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Also, there is a BBQ in the pool entertainment area which is available for use by guests upon request. As well as the actual guest accommodation with clothesline courtyard, guests have full access the front common area, including the shared pool area and the front entertainment section between 8am to 10pm. NB: The guest accommodation is private and separated by a locked door, which we do not access during our guests stay; and, we rarely come into contact with guests. The Main House is occupied by our family. Our private backyard is sectioned off by a colourbond gate where our dog resides. Check-in is strictly 3pm, onwards. Late evening Check-ins are accepted.
