The flat can accomodate 2 adult+2 kids (up to 17 yars old). In the historical centre of Monserrato, just few minutes away from Cagliari, the beautiful Poetto beach and the Policlinic University Hospital, we have a brand new apartment of 70 sq. m with internal FREE parking space (more details down), ideal for a single professional, a couple of adults or a family with children. Housed in a typical nineteenth-century glimpse of history, it will give you a sudden pleasant feeling of beauty, serenity and peace. The brand new apartment, offers livable, clean and cared-for environments. From the very first moments, you will have a comfortable feeling of warmth and "home". The exclusive use of the apartment ensures complete privacy to our guests. Located on the ground floor, this single story apartment consists of a living room, a large double bedroom with wardrobe and desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. If necessary, up to maximum of TWO single pull-out beds can be easily set up in the living room at night and used as poufs during the day. The two folding beds are for use only by children up to 17 years and not by adults. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with a flat LCD television. Outside, guests are welcome to use a private garden court of 200 sq. m, paved in cotto, which is very pleasant to live, constantly illuminated by the sun and nicely decorated with plants, trees and flowers. The natural wonders offered by Blackbirds, Robins and Finches, which eat fruits and berries of vegetation, are commonplace. The outer Court, provides a lovely place to rest and relax, as it is furnished with sun beds, umbrellas, chairs, a sofa, table and chairs, an outdoor shower and wash basin, and a barbeque. Frequent sunny winter days, typical of Sardinia, allow for daily use even for relaxing breakfasts and lunches. In spring and summer, open air dinners under the stars, are an experience not to be missed. A further Solarium above the apartment, equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and loungers, allows guests to read or just relax, every single moment of the day (from 1st June to 30th September). On the opposite side of the Court, in a distant and independent apartment, there is the residence of the owners, always ready to provide all the information, maps and brochures you need during your pleasant stay. Hospitality, kindness and discretion are at home. It is possible to park for free in the private garden ONLY a small car (Fiat Panda, Fiat 500, VW UP, Toyota Aygo, etc). It is NOT possible to park inside MEDIUM and LARGE size cars. However, many free public parks are allowed next to the flat (within 150/500 meters away). if you have a BIG car, you can park it in front of the apartment JUST long enough to loud/unload luggage, groceries, children, etc, during checkin and checkout. It's possible to book for exclusive boat excursions in the most beautiful coves of the gulf of Cagliari (at very advantageous price).
