Under the mighty star vaults there is the living area , made up of living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large and equipped with oven and washing machine , plus service bathroom. Air-conditioned in all rooms. The sleeping area is located on the second floor, reachable via an internal staircase, and consists of 2 bedrooms , a twin that can turn into a double, and a double. At the disposal of the apartment there is also an additional camp bed. The house is completed by a large balcony equipped with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the symbolic places of Porto Cesareo: the sixteenth-century tower and the Isola dei Conigli. The circulation pass will be provided directly by the agency that manages the property. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - From 21:00 ZTL active.
