In total there are 13 individually designed apartments of different sizes (30-78m²), so you can choose the perfect apartment to suit your travel requirements, whether you are planning a city trip for two, or arriving with a group of friends. All teh apartments are fully-furnished and equipped and the kitchen provides all the necessary cooking utensils for self-catering. However, you do not have to cook all the time. There are some good restaurants with Viennese and international delicacies, just a short walk from the house. You can find a range of information material about Vienna in the lobby, but do not forget to ask the owners for insider tips. They have plenty of ideas that are not in travel guides. There is an interior courtyard with greenery and a charming design for the use of all guests, with a range of plants and flowers, providing a little refuge within the city. The infrastructure in the neighbourhood is excellent. There are many shops, supermarkets, banks and a post office. There are very good public transport connections. The nearest bus, tram and metro stops are just a few metres away. Owing to the short intervals (every 3-5 minutes) you do not have to wait for long to get to all the key places in Vienna. Apartment for four people, with a terrace This sunny apartment can accommodate four people comfortably. It has a separate bedroom, with either a double bed or two single beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, and a bathroom with a bath and WC. The living room opens onto the private terrace, looking directly out onto the interior courtyard with greenery. You can spend enjoyable hours relaxing here.
