Villa Maria is located in a splendid position, about 800 meters from the charming village of Scopello; a few hundred meters away there is also a well-stocked market and about 700 meters away is the bay of Guidaloca, the main beach of Scopello, with equipped beaches and free parts; also in a few minutes by car you can reach other beautiful pebble coves with crystal clear sea, and the famous Tonnara with the stacks. Less than 2 km away there is a great natural attraction: the Zingaro oriented nature reserve, the first natural reserve established from the Sicilian Region. A peculiar characteristic of Scopello is the happy union between sea and countryside, which is perceived in the air that you breathe, especially at dawn and in the evening, with a magical mix of contrasting fragrances; our house also has two different souls: the "marine" one in the front, with a large swimming pool, recently built, with a white marble solarium with a special non-slip treatment, a splendid terrace overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare, and the " hilly ”at the rear, surrounded by a high leyland barrier and equipped, inter alia, with a barbecue and a heated outdoor shower. Both the two exposures of the house are equipped with two large wooden sheds with ancient tiles, both equipped with tables and chairs, so you can choose to have lunch or breakfast indifferently in the shelter of one or the other. There are also comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs, which can also be placed on the green lawn, as well as a ping pong table. there are also two bathrooms, one of which with a shower; on the back of the house there is a heated shower and a third shower is at the service of the swimming pool, while the kitchen, with marble tops, is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven etc). The house has a comfortable living room with air conditioning, equipped with sofas, one with a double bed (on request), two double bedrooms and one with three beds (two of which are bunk beds) equipped with ceiling fans ; there are also two bathrooms, one of which with a shower; on the back of the house there is a heated shower and a third shower is at the service of the swimming pool, while the kitchen, with marble tops, is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven etc).
