The kitchen has: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, yogurt maker, blender, juicer, etc. . All kitchen utensils and equipment are at your disposal. One bedroom is air-conditioned and the other three are equipped with high-end ceiling fans to ensure all the comfort you need in any season. You will spend quiet nights since all the windows of the villa are equipped with removable mosquito nets. The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and quiet. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties or events are not allowed. *** Location and proximity *** The villa is located in the subdivision Pierre Cadet, in the city center of Avirons but sheltered from noise and traffic. 6 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, this beautiful location is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island ... the three cirques (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all activities sports (horse riding, golf, diving, paragliding, sea excursions, helicopter ride, whale watching etc.) Note: During your stay, Willy, the little cat of the family, will be part of your vacation.
