Beautiful Apartment In The Heart Of Georgian Quarter!

Summary: A beautiful and stylish apartment situated in the heart of the historic Georgian Quarter. A few minutes walk away to Britain's biggest Cathedral - the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. If you're into food, take a short stroll to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants such as The Florist and London Carriageworks. The Space: Find pleasure in a cup of coffee made from our Nespresso coffee maker or that delicious meal you prepared from our fully kitted out kitchen. This beautiful apartment has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a large Sharp Smart TV and a large sofa-bed that folds out to a full-sized double bed with a memory foam mattress. This two-bedroom apartment also offers one king-sized bed two single beds, all with a memory foam mattresses. This is ideal for a small family trip or that getaway with friends. Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed. Guest Access: Our guests will have full access to the apartment at all times! The Neighborhood: The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The neighbours are quiet and respectful so we ask that guests are the same back! The apartment is only a 8 minute walk from the Liverpool Philharmonic theatre and very close to some of the best and beautiful venues here in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and so many more! Liverpool One is a 20 minute walk, perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover our great city! And only 6 minutes by car if preferred. Getting Around: The house is located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter within walking distance of the Philharmonic, Everyman Theatre, all the city’s food, culture, and entertainment treasures. You can walk everywhere to amazing restaurants, bars, including the Wild Loaf bakery for divine sourdough bread and donuts, and Cains Brewery village which is less than 20 minutes stroll from the house. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. Hop on a bus (if you don't fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Dock or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story. Other Things to Note: *Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £250 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.
