The 42 m2 one-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a four-storey building and has a living/sleeping room with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, coffee machine, oven and fridge-freezer, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. It can accommodate 3-4 people. Breakfast is served on request for 9 € per person per day. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a vacuum cleaner, a TV with cable and satellite reception, a game collection, cot and high chair. Outside, you will have your own garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. The accommodation also has a communal barbecue. The spectacular panoramic views over the sloping hillsides to the lake make a stay here very special. A ski room is also available and the accommodation also offers bicycles. The hospitable owners are happy to provide tips for excursions or to act as guides on excursions. Wellness treatments are also offered by the owner.
