The village of Ariany is in the rural heart of Majorca, surrounded by fields and a good location for many excursions through the island. Every Wednesday, you can visit the market in Sineu, which is the most traditional one. A 20-30 minutes’ drive takes you to many nice sand beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Cala Romantica. Both Can Picafort and Inca provide you with restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations and shops. We recommend you to eat in a celler and try tipical dishes. Petra and Sineu are good references for cellers. If you like cycling, this house is just perfect as it is connected to many nice cycling routes. A car is essential. The villa Moli d’en Xarop invites you to enjoy the private, 8 x 4 meters sized private pool (depth: 0.6 - 1.8 meters, chlorine). The well-kept garden with locust trees, fig trees and almond trees is our guests' favourite place. Outdoors equiment includes 4 sun loungers, a parasol and a furnished porch with barbecue. When the sun goes down, have a late evening swim and enjoy serene skies with a million of stars. The villa is in a quiet and rural environment, featuring unobstructed views to the countryside. And what about neighbours? There are just a few horses, pigs and goats. Inside, rooms are very cozy and are distributed over one floor. The living-dining room is fitted with a TV with satellite channels, books, WiFi and is open to the fully equipped kitchen, including a vitro hob and a dishwasher. You can choose between 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, washing machine, central heating for the winter and a cot upon request complete the equipment. To consider: There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require this documents by email. We'd like to inform you that the team of the house is allowed to make pool/garden maintainance and/or other maintanance works, necessary for a good state of the house and its surroundings, also during the guests' stay. Events/parties are strictly forbidden. In case the guests' organize a party/event, we reserve the right to inform the authorities and/or to banish the guests from the house.
