There is a double lock up garage plus an additional lockable garage if you’d like to bring a jetski or small boat. The boat ramp is nearby at Fisherman’s Beach. Our location is also literally opposite the famed Pepper's The Sands Golf Club and Hanners Restaurant and cafe, making our property an incredible location for keen golfers who can wheel their golf bags across the road to tee off. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible. Getting Around: Double garage, plus on street parking. It's not a busy street, as it's a court. A few minutes walk to beautiful White's Beach, via St Anne's Reserve. Walk along the beach to the west towards Fisherman's Beach where you'll find great coffee and food at The Salty Dog Cafe. Or walk in an easterly direction along the beach for more solitude. A regular bus service operates nearby, with the bus stop on the kerb of St Anne's Reserve. This will take you to the Gilbert St shopping precinct, the new Torquay North shopping area, or further to Geelong or The Great Ocean Road. Our beach house is within walking/riding/driving distance to beaches, parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available. Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Torquay is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne. Other Things to Note: **Please be aware that the staircase, whilst structurally sound, is slightly crooked. Take extra care when using the stairs to ensure you are balanced. This house is not recommended for elderly persons with impaired balance or judgement. No responsibility will be taken for accidents or injuries sustained.
