Modern detached house, near the Hastings Old Town, but with green space all around. ********* Our large, spacious, modern detached house has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a bath and shower, large communal living room, and a large garden which backs out onto the East Hill, Country Park and clifftop walks. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. 600m from the seafront, 500m to the Old Town centre, 1. 4 miles to Hastings train station. Free on-street car parking is available directly outside the door. ********** This is our weekend family home - not a serviced holiday home ... so manage your expectations accordingly. We take all care to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible - but always remember that this is a family home, not a hotel. We are always online should you want any suggestions for what to do in your stay ... and please let us know of any good discoveries you'd like to share with us. ********** If you are travelling with elderly relatives or people with mobility issues, then it is worth noting that there are 16 steps up from street level to the house. they are quite steep, but there is a handrail. Once inside the house, the kitchen, there are four bedrooms and one bathroom are on ground level. The ground level bathroom has a bath and bath-shower. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the lounge / games room on the upper floor. ******** Bed linen is included, but we expect you to bring your own towels and consumables. Otherwise, let us know in advance if you need hire towels (extra cost). Bed linen is included. Towels available, at extra cost, in advance only. Bring your own consumables. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so you are expected to leave the house as you find it. Let us know, in advance, if you want after-stay cleaning (extra cost). We ask you to dispose of your own rubbish and recycling at the end of your trip. Instructions are provided in the house manual. Alternatively, we can dispose of your rubbish for you (extra cost) -------------- PET POLICY -------------- This is a wonderful location for well-behaved dogs, by prior agreement only. We charge a flat rate of £30 per dog (per booking), plus a £200 damage and cleaning deposit which will be returned 14 days after the end of your stay.
