Maremma 1 has a little swimmin pool in common with other apartments (12 x 6 m). Maremma 1 is situated about 15 minutes from the beach by car. Maremma 1 is situated on the first floor, about 45sqm composed as follows: living room with daybed and TV/SAT, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
