Bright flat with views of the Duomo

You can't get a more central position, this flat literally offers a ''in your face'' view of the Cathedral and it is 0-5 mins walking to all landmarks and facilities (cafés, restaurants, supermarket, museums, shops..) Our apartment is perfect for a relaxing escape or longer stays in town, even for business/work. Parkings are located just outside the city walls, within 5-10 minutes by walk. From the windows you can admire the daily life in town. There are 35 steps to get into the flat (2nd floor) which is located inside a historical building. The accommodation consists of a comfy double bedroom (linen and towels supplied), a cozy living room furnished with table, chairs, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower/tub. For security reasons please do not use the fireplace. You will find in the kitchen a welcome basket with bread, cereal bars, fresh fruit, milk, biscuits, yogurt and other goodies.. while on the living room table you can have a look to the practical guestbook where we've listed all recommended restaurants and local activities not to be missed. We have the self check in, so you can arrive whenever is more suitable for you, starting from 3PM. Driving to the city centre is allowed only for loading/unloading luggage, then the car must be parked outside the city walls. The nearest car parks are P2 'Montemaggio' at 5 minutes by walk, and P3/ P4 'Bagnaia' at 10 minutes by walk. Alternatively, you can park for free all along Via Don E. Castaldi, which is a free residential area. From here the historic center can be reached in 10-12 minutes on foot.
