The cozy apartment “Stadtwohnung” is situated in the centre of the pretty lakeside town of Friedrichshafen and is only a few minutes on foot from the banks of lake Bodensee. The apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable television. Due to the central location of the apartment, the closest supermarket is only a 6-minute walk (500 m) away, and many restaurants and cafés can be found within a 3-minute walk (200 m) from the apartment, while the closest beach, Strand Campingplatz CAP Rotach, is a 20-minute walk (1.6 km) to the east, to which you can walk mostly along the banks of the lake. The central station and the adjacent Zeppelin Museum are both only a 4-minute walk (260 m) from the apartment, and the latter is definitely worth a visit. There is an indoor car park located only a 2-minute walk (160 m) away, and Friedrichshafen’s regional airport is a 10-minute drive (4.5 km) away on the outskirts.
