The Villa La Pastorale offers 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people in a bright and comfortable interior (320 m²): - The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with sofas, TV and access to the poolside terrace. Fully-equipped kitchen with TV. There is a lovely conservatory (air conditioning available) with table, terrace and TV which leads out to the garden at the back. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with double and single beds, a bedroom with large single bed (120 cm), and a bathroom with shower. - On the first floor, at the front of the villa, is a nice relaxing terrace with views over the pool and the lake. Two bedrooms open out onto this terrace: one bedroom with double bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds (two single beds). At the back on the house (view of the garden) is a bedroom with a small double bed (140cm). Bathroom with tub. - On the lower floor is bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The garden (2000 m²), at the front of the house has views over Lake Maggiore. It has a covered terrace and deck with sun loungers surrounding the swimming pool. The back of the villa is a haven of peace with a nice green lawn bordered by tall, thick hedges guaranteeing your privacy and a relaxing family vacation. The Villa La Pastorale is situated within walking distance (500 m) of the centre of Ranco, a small laid-back village with a lakeside bar, pretty harbour and children’s playground. You will find in the immediate vicinity a local grocery store, bakery and a few restaurants (from local trattorie to the Michelin-starred restaurant 'Sole di Ranco'). The charming village of Angera is only 3 km away, known for its towering castle La Rocca, and attractive promenade and beach along the lake. From Angera there are regular ferries (every 30 minutes) to Arona which is on the Piedmont side of the lake. From Laveno (18 km), you can easily hop on any ferry and discover the popular sights of the lake with regular sailings to Verbania, Stresa and the magical Borromeo Islands.
