Located at Courbaton Village, nestled in the forest close to Arc 1600, Chalet L'Aiguille Grive offers a wonderful self catered holiday chalet for 12 people. On foot, Courbaton is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the centre of Arc 1600, which has many shops, bars and restaurants. Around the chalet there are numerous hiking and walking trails, cycling routes and Arc 1600 is a gateway to countless other outdoor activities. It is situated in a ski in/out location. The chalet is located on the first floor in one of those unique stone buildings which Courbaton Village is known for and has 4 bedrooms all with ensuites and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. We offer a table d'hôtes option, consisting of a breakfast basket and a 2-course diner. Wine and beer to order. It can be ordered per day, we need a day's notice. The price is 40€ per person per day and is to be paid in cash upon departure. Optional: *wood for the week: €30 (cash) * use of the hot tub: €50 per usage (minimum of 2 usages per week - cash) Outside the chalet there is an 8 person hot tub, with great views across the Tarentaise valley to the Beaufortain. There is plenty of car-free playing space in and around Courbaton and plenty for children to explore. There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of that. Especially during bad weather or when a lot of people try to stream at the same time, it tends to slow down significantly. You can hook up a laptop to the TV, we provide an HDMI cable, but you have to bring your own connector piece. Arc 1600 is a mere 15min walk away with access to the funicular which takes you down to Bourg Saint Maurice in less than 7 minutes and to the local shuttle busses between Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000. Arc 1600 is your gateway to the MTB Bike Parks of Les Arcs and Peisey&Vallendry, numerous hiking trails and more.
