Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Atlas is a beautiful holiday villa affording a prime location in Galé, with breath-taking sea views and only 300m from the best golden sandy beaches. Ideal for large families, this charming 5-bedroom property has a spacious garden and heatable pool, and is within walking distance from a variety of excellent restaurants and bars in the area. The stunning property with lovely balconies and marvellous sea views has 5 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom, 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom). There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The family-sized kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a pantry and a large dining table. The main living / dining area affords lots of space and natural light, with large double doors leading out to the garden and pool. The south-facing swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) is located at the back of the property, surrounded by well-kept gardens and allowing you to relax in the sun throughout the day. The traditional Algarvian covered barbecue allows for meals to be prepared outdoors, and then to be enjoyed on the spacious terrace overlooking the pool. Villa Atlas is located in the beach town of Galé, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. A variety of excellent restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. A fantastic golf course is a short drive away and the closest beach (just a 3-minute walk down the road), stretches from Galé to Armação de Pera, and is the longest stretch of sand in the central Algarve where you can find beach restaurants, water sports activities and more. Car hire is not necessary, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
