The Space: Ideally located, this 4 bedroom house offers space for 7 people with an optional apartment that can accommodate an additional 2-3 people (at an additional cost). Large back yard and pool and visible to the main lounge dining and kitchen areas. 2 outdoor dining areas on the balcony with the views or in the back with views of the pool and garden. 4 of 5 rooms have private bathrooms and beach views and access to balconies through sliding doors. All rooms have electric blackout blinds and retractable fly screens. Guest Access: Pool access, optional studio apartment with shared pool access. The Neighborhood: Bilgola Beach is popular with locals as it is more protected than most of the other beaches in the area. It is also the only beach that has a cafe on the beach. The best shops and restaurants are all within walking distance in Avalon and Newport. You don't have that advantage in Palm or Whale Beach. Getting Around: Walking distance to the bus stop and Avalon Village. Nice coastal path to Newport village. It's over an hour's drive from the airport and shuttles and transfers are available. Parking either in the driveway or on the street. Other Things to Note: Designer kitchen with espresso machine and induction hob. Miele appliances and a large Liebherr fridge and freezer. Interaction with Guests: Possible greeting on arrival or access via secret code.
