Apartment situated on the first floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, inserted in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional commerce, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beach and the train station to Lisbon. The apartment has been completely refurbished with materials, equipment and luxury furniture. It has plenty of light, double-glazed windows and air conditioning for air conditioning. The two rooms have double beds (140x200), wardrobes, LCD TV so that each guest can individually enjoy their TV with international channels. One of the bedrooms is en suite and the other has the bathroom next to the bedroom door. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as hair dryer. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available. The living room has a sofa bed for two extra guests, tv with international channels and WI-FI extendable to the entire apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table for six people and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. Ironing board and iron are also available. Come and enjoy Cascais at its best! This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty. It is located in the historic center of Cascais, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the calm beaches of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Cascais Naval Club. It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, to one of the best beaches in the area, guincho beach, known internationally for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently paddle surfing. It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by green pine trees. For lovers of the equestrian arts, the equestrian centre at Quinta da Marinha is also available, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle. Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Centre, The Estoril Casino and the Estoril Racetrack. Lisbon is only 40 minutes away by car or public transport. House rules: • Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the apartment. • The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility. • Pets are not allowed prior to consultation and prior authorization. • Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00. • It is expressly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture. • Key loss - 100€ • Lock blocking that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention • Forget the keys inside the apartment, requiring a new visit from Welcomer - 25€ • A house manual will be provided at the apartment at check-in. Please abide by the rules. Minimumstays: 4 nights. Check-in - Between 16:00 and 20:00; before 16:00 only if possible and there will be an extra charge of €30; late check-in after 20:00 will cost €30; late check-in after 24:00 will cost €50."
